It's a family-oriented company, and they really mean it. They conduct 3 or 4 interviews to ensure you're a good cultural fit. I was really impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of everyone I met.

First, there was a call with the Project Executive. Then, I had a personal meeting with the team and my direct supervisor. The whole process was very quick and the questions were easy. If you're qualified, you shouldn't have any problems with the interview.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was comfortable. The hiring manager had reviewed my resume and knew what questions to ask. They clearly explained the job duties and expectations and were upfront about the company's pros and cons. They proactively addressed my concerns about working for a larger general contractor. I was given three contacts to speak with to get their feedback on the company, and I believe they were honest in their assessments.

Had an initial phone chat with someone from head office. It was mostly general stuff, questions that could've been figured out just by reading my resume, and asking why I wanted to work there. After that, no response and just got ghosted.
