First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MANE.
Marketing Executive
A friend referred me, then a recruiter contacted me to set up a phone call. After that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager at their office. I got to the final round, but it was cancelled because they ended up offering the position to someone else.
- Can you tell me more about yourself?
Production Machine Operator
You start as a temp for 90 days, so you'll interview with the staffing agency first. After that, you'll have an onsite interview with the department supervisor and manager. The interview takes about 30 minutes, and then they give you a quick tour.
- What makes you want to work here?
Sales Associate
The interview process was too long, with 3 or 4 interviews. I received negative feedback in the end, which felt like a waste of time. The sales management seemed narrow-minded and lacked common sense. I dealt with a first hiring agency, then an operational person, then two sales interviews.
- How do you handle pressure at work?
Operator
Interviewers were friendly and personable, giving a positive vibe. They made it clear that their hiring interests are focused on "blue collar workers." So, even if you've had past success as a white collar worker, they suggest looking elsewhere. They believe that even if your blue collar approach led to your white collar success, you're not a good fit. It's a shame because many hard workers who understand the need for reliable, consistent, and supportive individuals are being overlooked. However, it's great they're giving those who have exclusively worked in blue collar roles a chance at a great wage and an opportunity to improve their situation. I hope applicants find success as it's a great opportunity. Just understand the opportunity, show up for EVERY shift, work hard, and contribute to a positive and productive environment.
