- Why are you a good fit for this position?
- Can you tell us why your past experiences are relevant?
- What are compile-time related questions?
Data Processor
Got an email to schedule a phone interview. It was mostly questions about my experience and comfort level on a scale of 1-10, with a quick rundown of the job and salary range. Then I got an email to set up an in-person interview with two managers. They gave me the main questions to look over for a few minutes beforehand. They asked a few other questions, but nothing major. Both managers were professional and nice. After the interview, I got a tour of the place. The company seemed really good, chill and supportive of each other. The pay is $12-14/hour, and I can't negotiate the offer.
- Describe a time you collaborated in a group, including the objective and your specific role.
Data Processor
I had a phone interview where they asked if I was still interested. They said a decision would be made in 10 days, but it actually took 15. The in-person interview was good because they gave us the questions 10 minutes before the actual interview. It was a 2-on-1 interview, and the questions were pretty standard. They were very friendly. They also gave a quick tour of the place and I got to see a data processor working.
- Can you tell me about a time you used your analytical skills?
Field Systems Operator
I had a phone interview that wasn't really needed, they asked stuff I could have put on an online form. The interviewer was super late and I had already driven a long way. It was the usual situational questions, nothing too complex, and they found a tiny office at the last minute for it.
- Describe a situation where a project you were managing didn't succeed.
