The interview process was calm and focused on service-oriented questions, mainly about customer service. I liked the process because the boss was nice and seemed genuinely interested in improving the interviews.

The interview process was quite straightforward and felt manageable. The interviewers were professional, and I felt at ease. However, there was no follow-up whatsoever after the interview concluded. I was informed that a decision would be made and I would be notified either way.

I applied online through Workday. About a week later, I got emails saying the interview would be online, and I'd need to record myself answering some questions. They gave me time to prep and even provided practice questions on the website. After I sent in my video interview, they contacted me a few days later to say I got the job and that there would be an orientation before the season started.

The interview process was very professional. The two supervisors seemed genuinely invested in finding quality team members. They started with standard interview questions but frequently deviated to ask relevant questions about the position itself. I was impressed by their professionalism and genuine interest, even though I wasn't selected to move forward. I've experienced interviews where supervisors simply read from a script, were distracted, or acted unprofessionally. An interview is a two-way street; it's important to observe the interviewer's engagement. If they seem uninterested and are just reading questions, it might indicate a poorly built team, which could limit your own growth. These supervisors, however, clearly knew what they were looking for and appeared to have a strong team supporting them. I hope more interviewers adopt their approach.
