The partners I met with were subject matter experts, very friendly and easy to speak to. Do your research as you may need to carry the conversation a bit. Overall, they asked me questions about my experience both education and professionally. Great interviews.

After a twenty minute screener, there were 4 calls, each about twenty minutes long. The questions were really interesting and they all ended up being pretty casual chats. Basic questions like why law school, why this firm, etc.

I had a standard on-campus interview first, and then they invited me back for a callback. During the callback, I talked to 4 attorneys at their La office. It was a pretty standard interview process, though the partners seemed a bit arrogant, like they were trying to improve the firm's image as a place dominated by white men.
