Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Management Systems International.
Intern
Phone interview was fairly casual. HR person asked questions about why I would be a good fit for the position and the employer. Then a face-to-face with potential manager.
- Why are you interested in this employer in particular?
Intern
The interview process was quick and interview questions were very basic. After sending in application, took a few weeks to hear a response, but after the phone interview I was offered a position within a week and began work shortly thereafter.
- Could you discuss your previous work experience?
Intern
Had a 30 minute phone call and phone screening with a recruiter. No video interview was required. It was a nice experience, the people were nice. It wasn't too hard and focused on experience.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
