The interview process itself was fine until the offer stage. After receiving the offer, I wasn't allowed to speak with any current employees to learn more about the role. This was particularly disappointing as it would have been my first job out of college. The restriction on speaking to anyone under 50 at the organization was a major turn-off. Additionally, I was given only 2 DAYS to accept the offer, and HR was very unhelpful and rude when I tried to negotiate this timeline. These issues created a negative impression of the organization, and upon checking Glassdoor reviews, it's evident they need to make changes to improve employee retention.

Got reached out to after an employee referral for the role. They sent a screening document before the phone interview to check my interest and experience. The phone screen was quick and direct, mostly for getting background info and my career direction. They asked about my salary expectations.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was friendly and assessing. Started with a phone interview, then a panel interview, followed by a 1:1 with the director, and then a writing test. People were warm and put you at ease during the interview but asked direct questions to assess how well you will fit with the team and your ability to do the job.
