This was a pitiful interview process. The environment felt like a boiler room. Seriously, run away. You'll be asked some basic questions, which is a red flag that these people aren't qualified recruiters. If you can show up and make 100+ calls a day, you'll get the job.

The interview process was really thorough. They went over the job expectations, how the pay works, and the benefits. I spoke with other recruiters in the office and even got to listen in on their calls. I also met with the owners, the training manager, and a few employees. They were very clear about the whole process and what it takes to do well in the role.

They highlight the opportunity, but don't mention how many recruiters they go through each year, which is in the hundreds. They don't have a mindset to develop people and teach them the trade, evidenced by the numbers of recruiters they constantly hire, ask to resign, and terminate.
