First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Management Consulting & Research, LLC.
Cost Analyst
I really enjoyed talking to the recruiter and then the senior person. I took the job and started onboarding, but then they lost the contract and never got back to me.
- Can you share some information about your background and what you hope to achieve professionally?
Manager
Had an initial interview that was informative and detailed. Following that, I had a personal interview via MS Teams, but the interviewer seemed disengaged, possibly in a rush, as they checked their phone and were distracted by people around them.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Cost Analyst
Recruiter was hard to reach and didn't seem to know much about the role. I would have preferred to work with someone else and deal with a different company in the future.
- How would you go about estimating a new program?
Acquisition and Budget Specialist
It started normally with a recruiter phone screen and then a face-to-face lunch. I was told an offer was coming, but then I didn't get one. They were very responsive but couldn't actually send an offer letter even though they said it was coming.
- Do you have any questions regarding the work itself?
