First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Managed Markets Insight & Technology.
Market Research Analyst
So I had 3 rounds of interviews. They were with the hiring manager and the team director. And then there was this timed skills assessment, which was basically like, I had 60 minutes to answer 5 open-ended questions. I was given qualitative survey data to review to find the correct insights, and then immediately met back with the interviewer to review my answers.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Project Manager
I had a phone interview first, and then they invited me in for an onsite interview. For the onsite, I had to do a presentation of a project to the leadership team, using PowerPoint and an MS Project plan. The presentation was 30 minutes, then there was a 30-minute team interview. After that, I met with the COO and CEO for another 30 minutes. The next step was a background check, and then I got the offer.
- What's your approach to delivering bad news to a client?
- How do you manage client expectations?
- Tell me about a project you presented to leadership using PowerPoint and MS Project.
Director, Commercial Effectiveness
My interview process started with an external recruiting firm. I spoke with two recruiters at the firm before starting with MMIT. I had 4-5 video calls with Commercial leaders and a final in-person interview that included a presentation. The process was fast, with great communication from the hiring leaders about status. The leaders focused on mutual fit, asking about my experience and feelings about the organization. Everyone was transparent, kind, engaging, and fair.
- Can you share your thought process and how you'd approach training for a new product launch during a brainstorm session?
- Describe your thought process for tackling a business-critical initiative.
Analyst
It took a bit of back and forth with the recruiter to get things scheduled, there were some mixed messages along the way. The interviews themselves were back-to-back, with three interviews in total, involving the manager, director, and HR. I was asked about how I learned about the role, why I chose my field of study, and some specific product-related questions. I was also asked about my management style.
- What were your objectives for this role?
