It involved several virtual calls, and the whole thing was pretty straightforward. Depending on your location and what the senior leadership team prefers, you might have an in-person meeting. The entire process usually takes about two weeks to a month.

Got a quick response after applying online. First, had a phone screen with the head of HR. Then, an in-person interview happened a week later. The hiring manager interview was managed well and documented thoroughly, with about 3 pages of notes taken. Didn't get the offer and they could have communicated that better. I sent a "thank you" email to the hiring manager but got no reply, and HR sent a generic template response that felt more appropriate for someone who hadn't interviewed rather than someone who met everyone... hopefully, that's something they can improve.

I had three interviews, plus an HR call. The questions were pretty standard. They were really open and answered my questions thoroughly, which helped me understand things better. They wanted to ensure I was a good match for the company, and that the company was a good fit for me too.

So I had two interviews over teams. First one was with the Director of Infrastructure and the second was with the Azure Development team. The first interview was basically an overview of my experience. The second one felt like taking a live Azure exam, it wasn't conducted very well.
