Software Applications Engineer
The interview process had two rounds. First was a telephonic technical interview. Then, a face-to-face session happened which had a written test with 5 basic programming questions, MCQs and descriptive questions. Finally, a technical interview with department head and panel members.
- Can you tell me about the project you are currently working on?
- What optimization techniques did you employ in your current project?
- Could you elaborate on the optimization techniques you've applied?
Product Owner
So, there were 3 rounds in total. The first one, I actually set it up myself by reaching out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn, so it was like an intro. Then the second round was a more in-depth chat about my work experience and how I'd fit in. After that, they had me do an online aptitude and personality test, which had a bunch of pattern matching questions. The final round was a panel interview with HR, the hiring manager, and another stakeholder. For that last one, I had to bring my physical degree and a valid ID card.
- Tell me about your management style.
- How do you approach management?
- What are your thoughts on management style?
Materials Specialist
Started with an HR chat, about 30 mins, covering typical stuff like salary, goals, and compliance. Then a second interview with technical questions. It went on for about 1.5 hours, which felt a bit much, like the interviewer had a lot of free time. Three people were there, but only one had their video on, and it wasn't even the person leading the interview.
- What would you do if you discovered a colleague was sharing confidential information with an external client?
Software Engineer
The interview process had 5 rounds. The first was a telephonic round with HR for basic information. The second round was an online assessment with the Technical Team Lead, covering general questions about the company, projects, and technologies. The third round was a practical exam, consisting of multiple-choice questions on JavaScript, database queries, and general web development, along with four programming tasks (Fibonacci series, factorial calculation, reversing words in a string, and counting vowels) to be completed on a system. The fourth round, conducted face-to-face at their Aurangabad office, involved the technical lead and senior developers asking questions about OOPS concepts, query optimization, and project-related activities. The fifth round, an HR/Manager round, is still pending. It was a good experience overall, though the waiting time between rounds was a bit long.
- Could you implement a function to generate the Fibonacci series?
- Write code to calculate the factorial of a given number.
- How would you reverse each word in a given string?
