Contract Manager
I had a phone interview with the HR person in charge and the GM because I'm not local. It was really chill, friendly, and no weird questions. We mostly just chatted about my resume, why I applied, and why I felt I was the best fit. But honestly, the rest of the process after that was a joke. I heard nothing for 4 weeks. When I followed up to see if they were still considering me, they said they were still reviewing and I'd hear back soon. After another 4 weeks, I called the GM again, and he said they were still considering me and I'd get an update in 2 weeks. Three weeks later, I got an email saying I didn't get the job. Turns out, the GM resigned the same day I got that email.

Business Intelligence and Strategy Intern
I applied on campus through a job fair and they called me for a phone interview. I was able to do it on the spot. They mentioned they would let me know within a week if I was selected for the second round interview, which would be on Skype. I waited a week and did not hear back, so I emailed them. They replied offering a second round interview through Skype with my potential boss. The whole process took too long, and I was disappointed by the delayed responses to my follow-up calls and emails. They sent an initial offer via email and asked me to call for details, but I could only reach the receptionist after multiple attempts. It took over a month to receive a written offer. Before that, I went through a very intensive background check, which seemed excessive for an internship, especially since they are a government contractor. I wish they had communicated the length of their hiring process upfront to avoid the uncertainty.
- Could you share who your role model is?
- Can you tell me about your past work experiences?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a difficult work scenario and how you managed it.
Agile Developer
I would like to tell you don't go here for IT. Interview process is easy but too long. I have done 6 rounds here: 1st is telephonic, then machine test round, then written test, F2F technical, then Manager technical, HR. The result I didn't get, so I contacted my consultant. They told me positive response and HR will generate an offer letter. But after 2 weeks I had a discussion with my consultant, then they told me the feedback was not so good.
- Could you build an MVC Curd application without scaffolding?
- Could you do an Asp.net written test?
- How about C# MVC?
Intern
The HR professionals were extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. It was very relaxed, with very few questions asked, and a very casual and light interview. Half of the interview was in English and the other half in Portuguese. English is essential and a requirement. At the end, we did a test in English and an essay that also had to be written in English.
