The interview was super laid-back. They mostly asked about me, my motivation for wanting the job, and if I had experience with kids. They offered me the role right then and there.

We had three interviews: phone, written, and in person. It was pretty easy, but they really dug into things. They make you do a drug test on site, which could be a big deal if you're not used to it.
