First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mambu.
Proposal Manager
The interview process was seamless and transparent. From applying online via the Mambu website until signing the employee contract, it was flawless and I really enjoyed the entire process. Not only were there standard rounds of interviews, but I also had meet and greet sessions with colleagues I would work closely with. This process allowed me to understand the company culture and workflow much better. Everything was in a comfortable setting, and I felt respected, not just like one candidate among many. The talent acquisition manager from Mambu was very professional and approachable.

Office Manager
The entire interview process was quite thorough, covering everything from initial emails to the phone screen and the in-person interview. They provided clear and well-communicated information about both the company and the specific role. The interviewers maintained a friendly yet professional demeanor, and I received prompt responses and feedback afterward. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- A brief verbal assessment was conducted to gauge language skills, as the role may occasionally require the use of a second language.
