The interview process was a screening, then a technical part. Feedback on the technical was good, but then they said they were looking for someone more technical. That was it. No other details. It took four hours of my time.

It was a 3 stage interview process. First, an HR interview focusing on motivation, experience, and behavior. Second, the development team asked technical questions related to the job. Third, a code review of past projects where I demonstrated experience with relevant tools and concepts. Mambu values a collaborative culture without egos. They focus on relevant technical questions, avoiding those that are technically interesting but not applicable to the role. It was a very positive interview experience with interviewers showing both technical and emotional intelligence.

It was a 3 round interview process. First, I had an initial call with the recruiter. They asked me some basic questions to see if I was a good fit and also answered my questions about the company and the role. It was a good call overall. Second, there was a technical round. They started with a basic programming question and then moved on to more technical questions, including a scenario to test my system design knowledge. It was a good technical interview, and the interviewer was a good listener and technically sound. Lastly, I had a round with management where they asked me behavioral questions. It was a good interview, and we were both happy at the end.
