Product Manager
The whole hiring thing was super easy from start to finish. I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter called me back in a few days. We talked about my resume and some usual recruiter questions. Then I chatted with the hiring manager a few days after that. After that, it was just a bunch of simple calls, no tests or presentations. Everyone I spoke with was great and really into the company. I'd totally recommend this place.
- Tell me about a feature you built that you're especially proud of.
- How do you collaborate with different teams?
Product Manager
The first call was basically to satisfy the hiring manager's requirements. I got the vibe they wanted someone who could hit the ground running and use their existing methods. It was okay until the recruiter ghosted me. My advice to the company: stop ghosting candidates. Recruiters are the face of the company.
- Regarding the job description, have you done this before?
- Are you familiar with this specific approach?
Product Manager
The interview process started with a phone screening with the recruiter. After that, there were video interviews with 5 people at HQ, and then in-person interviews with the hiring manager and some team members. Overall, the process was great, the questions were good, and the people were honest, which gave me a good insight into the company, culture, and people I would be working with.
- What makes you more qualified for this job than other candidates?
