The interview process was really smooth and fast. It began with a virtual screening, which was nice because I could do it from home and it really helped me get comfortable with the process. The virtual screening was a good way for me to show off my skills and experience. After that, I got invited for face-to-face interviews. These in-person meetings were set up well and let me get to know the team better. All in all, having both virtual and in-person stages made the whole thing easy and complete. I felt like I mattered and was evaluated well during the whole thing.

Behavioral Presentation

After applying, I got an interview invite from the HR specialist within 48 hours. It was pretty easy and casual; I discussed my past experience, and she told me about the role and company. She then invited me to the final round with the partners because she felt my experience was a great fit. I sent my availability, but after a week, I heard nothing. I sent a follow-up email, and still no response. A week after that, I finally got a rejection email. When I asked for feedback, she said they had decided to pursue candidates with more relevant experience, which was strange since I have years of the exact experience they were looking for. So, I think the process was disorganized, and maybe they weren't sure what they wanted.
