I made it to 4 out of 5 rounds, and everyone was super friendly. It definitely got tougher as we went along, with technical questions showing up in the last two interviews.

This job involves a few steps, including a take-home task where you'll do an ESG analysis. The interviews will have you pick the most relevant ESG topics for given issues, and you'll need to back up your choices with solid proof. The interviewers are really knowledgeable and are open to different interpretations as long as you can justify them.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Regarding Company X, a weapons manufacturer with foreign government contracts, what specific issue area should be examined during due diligence?
  • From a provided list of issues, which ESG topics are most pertinent to a given question, and how can this be substantiated?

So this process was pretty extreme for an "entry level role" for only 80K. The selection process was opaque and they ghosted me for 3.5 weeks. I followed up 2 times via email before getting a response. It went: 1. 6 questions with HR (tedious questions), 2. ESG topic questions, 3. Case Study, 4. Panel, 5. Final Round.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Questions about ESG material topics
  • A lengthy case study assessment was given
