The interview process began with a document screening, followed by a phone call. Next, there was a 2-on-1 interview with the HR representative I had spoken with previously and someone from the tech team. The technical interview revealed that the company's main goal is to go all-in on AI, and they require someone to develop a new pipeline because their current one is outdated. This was unexpected as it wasn't mentioned in the job description or during the initial phone call, where the HR suggested the role was for a client and involved data, analytics, and business acumen. They also mentioned a need for someone to train the entire team on CoPilot and deliver lectures.

The communication was great and the people I interviewed with were really interesting, which made the whole process enjoyable. I would definitely do it again. One thing to keep in mind is that there can be some downtime between interviews, so if you have other offers, you might need to consider that when making your decision.
