The interview was pretty standard and chill, happening over coffee. The manager asked about my experience and availability. They also asked about my customer service background and how comfortable I am with clienteling. I was also asked if I knew about any competing skincare brands.

It started with an HR Screening, then a Zoom Interview, and finally an in person interview where I met with a panel of the team. It was really rude and discourteous of them to make me travel to their office for an in person interview without any help or compensation. The time and effort a candidate puts into the interview process should be taken seriously.
