I had a phone screen first, and then a quick phone interview with the hiring manager a few days later. The interview was pretty standard, with questions that weren’t too challenging. They basically just wanted to get to know my experience and what I was looking for. I learned about the role and decided it wasn’t what I was looking for. I was not offered a position.

They treated me very well! I was approved because of it. Everyone wanted to talk about my contacts and measures to stay there. I convinced myself to choose what was best and I don't regret anything because I'm like that.

I saw the application for the internship and applied. The engineering director reached out to me and let me know who I would be talking with. Then I had a phone interview that lasted an hour with two engineers. After I got the job, they sent an email with the contract and my start day information.

I was met at a campus recruiting event and then interviewed on campus the next day. After that, I had a plant tour with the recruiter. Finally, I was extended an offer. The interview itself was very laid back and comfortable. We talked about day to day roles and responsibilities.
