This company has a TON of opportunity. You can take on many different parts of the company, prove you are dedicated through your performance and the Malark company will reward you! The drive was a little too far for me otherwise I would have loved to be part of this awesome team. Lynn Caldwell is the most pleasant and sincere person to deal with. She really made me feel like part of the team even during the interview process.

Behavioral Presentation

The interviewer went into great detail about expectations. I met a couple of the managers. It was a phone interview first, then a meet and greet kind of interview. The company is very fast-paced and they are looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment.

I worked with a staffing agency, and they set up the interview. It was pretty easy. They asked about my past work and what I wanted to do next. They also asked if I knew anything about a 3PL and if I'd sign a non-compete. I interviewed with two people.

The recruiter gave a great position description but once hired, it was all pretend. I was told how to do my job, which was to continue the same failed practices and track the same unnecessary metrics that had led them to experience the problems they supposedly hired me to fix.
