Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

I had a phone interview with HR where they asked me to describe myself and talk about previous activities or jobs. Then there was an oral and written exam in English with multiple-choice and open-ended questions, plus a conversation with a professor. After that, a phone interview with the Manager, followed by a group interview and then an individual interview.

Behavioral Technical Case

The process started with an HR interview where I had to talk about my professional background and software experience. Then there was a test where I was asked to analyze data about weapons and present it. This part was sad for me because I don't like guns and each line of data represented a life. After that, I had interviews with the coordinator and then the manager, followed by an approval. I was also told there was no plan for returning to the office, but a week after I started, the plan was ready and people had already returned. Also, I was offered a LATAM position but ended up in a Brazil position.

Technical Behavioral Coding

The first contact was by phone late at night, and I have to say the immediacy was too much, they scheduled the interview for the next day at 8:30 AM. First, there was a computer test with Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SumIFs, etc.). Then, 7 questions on accounting knowledge (accounting entries, service invoices, depreciation, fixed assets, balance sheet, reconciliation, revenue). After that, a 2-hour interview with the HR recruiter covering typical questions, introduction, experience, and why I want to work at Mackro. 8 days later, I had the second interview with the manager, a young guy who grew within the company. We had a lot in common. The plan was to hire 20 professionals for a new team, and I learned about the potential difficulties and challenges. This interview lasted 1 hour. The third stage was supposed to be with the Area Manager, but due to accounting closing duties, it wasn't possible. Instead, I spoke with another Area Manager for 1 hour. After visiting the company three times, spending time and money, and getting my hopes up again, the project for hiring 20 new professionals was frozen. As of now, there's no further information about the position.
