I got a call for an interview and it was a bit of a mess. The person interviewing me wasn't very excited, and then she asked me about my salary expectations, which I thought was weird for a first call, but whatever. When I told her, she actually laughed at me, even though my desired salary was in the normal range and what I had been making before. I was pretty insulted and lost interest right away. She also asked what other jobs I was looking into, which is normal, but then she asked how those other interviews were going. I don't really see why that's their business, and it made me feel really weird. They wanted me to do some kind of personality test next, but after the strange interview and seeing all the bad reviews online, I decided not to proceed.

So first I had a phone call with the team supervisor, it felt like a get-to-know-you thing. Then about a week later, I went in for an interview with the head of HR, three different managers, and one of the founders. They all gave me a different idea of the job. A couple weeks after that, I had a video interview with the CEO, who was trying to make me say bad things about myself, but I was good. Then they did a reference check. I got the job offer in the end. It was a really long and hard interview process for an entry-level job.

I found this role on WayUp and after applying, I had a chat with the recruiting coordinator. She was nice and asked some good questions about my background. I didn't get this job, but they want to stay in touch.
