It was an easy interview process, but they did interview me for about an hour and a half covering various medical and clinical scenarios. Additionally, I had to take the Watson-Glaser Test, which wasn't difficult.

I was contacted by a recruiter’s assistant to set up an interview. The recruiter had to reschedule my interview and had me take an hour long test used for Law Offices while I waited for the interview. He then asked to reschedule again and I never heard from him again even after a follow up. Three months later, I was contacted by another assistant and a manager apologizing for dropping the ball and wanted to set up an interview. They asked me to take the test again only to come back and say they found my original results and would not be moving forward.

Behavioral

I was contacted by a recruiter for this role, and the second interview was with the 'Chief People Officer.' The whole process took about a week. The CPO started the call by sharing his interpretation of who I am and my ambitions based on my resume. When I mentioned that I thought he had interpreted my resume incorrectly, but that I could elaborate on my background and career ambitions, he seemed offended and ended the call. I don't really have strong feelings about this interaction other than it sounds like it would be tough to get past a first interview if the hiring manager isn't able to ask questions that elicit responses, and gets offended when a candidate attempts to answer a very lengthy question.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really friendly interview process, the people I spoke with were easy to talk to and had upbeat, positive attitudes. They stressed the importance of having an outgoing personality. I went through three interviews in total, and they were all pleasant experiences. Being confident and personable is key, and having a positive attitude is a must.
