First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Maine Pointe.
Talent Acquisition Partner
I spoke with 3 people from HR/TA and then 2 board members. The HR and TA folks didn't ask much, and definitely nothing about data, metrics, motivation, or how I work. The board members asked some weird questions that didn't really have to do with the job. It was all about personality and if I'd fit in.
- What's the reason you're not pursuing more senior positions?
EVP
Too many steps to reach a decision, and the time from first contact to the job offer was excessively long. The interviewers were of very high caliber, and the discussions were very open with very open answers. The remuneration wasn't too high, but it was more or less acceptable.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Sales Consultant
The interview process was brief and to the point. They made a quick decision after the interview, but it took a while to get it scheduled. The interview itself was only 30 minutes. Onboarding was okay, but they didn't really prepare us thoroughly.
- Tell me what you know about MainePointe.
Associate Director
The interview process involved several rounds. The interviewers were really friendly and made it easy to have a conversation. They properly assessed my experience. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd suggest it to others who are interested.
- Can you tell me about a past project you worked on in supply chain?
