The interview process was very organized with clear communication about what they were looking for and provided professional feedback. They had a pretty efficient timeline for getting back to me on next steps. I didn't end up being the right fit, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole thing was.

The interview process was quite extensive, partly because the role they were hiring for shifted midway. However, we eventually concluded it successfully, and the hiring manager maintained excellent communication throughout.

Had a single face-to-face meeting with the head of the department. It was a really relaxed and welcoming environment. No pressure, just what felt like an open and honest chat about everything. This kind of interview should be more common.

The interview was a nice experience and the interviewer was welcoming. They explained the role well. I got to talk about how my background fits the job. It was a bummer though, I never heard back after the interview, not even a rejection.
