the interview process was pretty simple. first, I interviewed with 3 people from the operations team. after a good interview, they said they'd let me know about the next steps the following week. but it's been two months, and after I sent a follow-up email, I still haven't heard back from the firm. I'd think twice about applying because this firm doesn't seem to care enough to even send a quick "thanks for your time" email.

The phone interview was mostly about me explaining what I did at my current job and how the skills applied to the new Job. The HR Rep was very Nice and was easy to get along with. The issue was the MAI said the salary range was 75-65K but during the in-person interview the salary all of sudden dropped to 65-55K. When the I called the interview out for it he immediately seemed nervous and look uncomfortable. Honestly the whole process was easy, the issue was the company basically was lying to get over qualified people in for interview. I would not waste your time unless you are fresh out of school.

I submitted an online inquiry via email and was invited for an interview the next week. The first part was a 15-minute introductory call with an HR representative. Upon arrival, I was directed to two more interviews within the operations division, which I hadn't applied for and wasn't interested in. However, I decided to express my interest in the company since I was already there. The operations manager seemed a bit harsh. Despite being told I was a top candidate, they never even sent a rejection email, basically ghosting me.
