The interview process was pretty straightforward. They really want to see that you're up to date with the latest employment laws and any new changes. Being genuine and honest is key. Make sure you know the company's core values inside and out, and do your homework on their profile. They also put a lot of weight on how well you'd fit with the company culture.

It was a campus drive, and the process included: 1. APTI, 2. GD, 3. PI, 4. PSYCHOMETRIC TEST, and 5. FINAL PI with senior management. The aptitude test was quite easy. GD depends on the applicants, but try to initiate and speak your mind; we had 5 mins for GD with 12 students. The PI was normal and quick, only taking 3-4 mins. Psychometric was as usual. The most important and toughest part was the final PI. They can ask anything, but it was all related to current news and trends. But don't get stressed, just tell them whatever you know about it.

The interview process involved a telephonic round, a face-to-face interview, and an HR interview. The interviewer seemed to lack knowledge and just kept asking questions, even when I said I didn't know. They asked about Matlab/Simulink, HIL, Analog electronics, Converters, and Maths. The interviewer, who seemed very young (20 years old), also didn't know basic maths and asked questions that showed they weren't updated on new Matlab versions. It was a bad interview experience, I advise others not to attend.
