The interview process involved CV-based questions focusing on my summer internship. It seemed like they might have been confused about my internship, as they asked about my knowledge of Figma and Jira, which they appeared unfamiliar with. Following that, they inquired about my interest in sales, the reasons behind it, and what a typical day looks like for an ASM.

It was a tough campus recruitment process, they really dug into the details to see how deep my knowledge was and if I covered all aspects. The panel interview checked my business understanding, not just subject knowledge. They wanted to know if I knew how to design assessment centers, what inputs are needed for competency mapping, and how validation for competencies is done.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Could you elaborate on your competency projects and their specifics?
  • Can you discuss your understanding of the business beyond just technical knowledge?
  • Describe your approach to designing assessment centers.

Technical Coding

It was an on-campus interview. The first round was an online assignment with 5 sections. There were breaks between sections and a sample test for each. It covered Python numpy, Pandas, Django, AWS, SQL queries, and a final section on python basics and timing. The second round was a technical interview where they asked about projects on my resume and had me solve Python and SQL problems. The third round was all about AI/ML questions along with Python questions.
