Overall positive experience, well organized. One round with the team lead in London. Final round with two people from their US team. One person was a bit sick which was a turn off. Would suggest cancelling meetings if sick.

After an initial sift with the recruitment team, the interview process had three main parts. There was a technical interview, an interview to discuss careers and benefits of working for them, and a personality-based interview reviewing my CV. Communication was great throughout and the recruiter was present on all calls. I met my line manager, one of his team, the Chief Engineer, and some senior strategic leads for the area I applied to. They all made me feel at ease, and the interviews were discussion-based and proactive.

The process kicked off with a chat with the Hiring Director about potential collaboration, which was a great way to start and made me really interested in the company. Magnopus handled it really well and made a strong first impression. Next, I had an 'expert' interview with an Art Director and another Lead. It was a really pleasant conversation covering lots of work-related topics. The relaxed, friendly questions felt right for assessing my experience. This interview also left a good impression and was very professional. I got feedback pretty quickly, which showed they were organized. The final interview was a brief chat with a senior executive. Even though they were high-level, they were really nice and charming. We talked more about the role and the business, and it felt more like a chance to learn about Magnopus. They were super open and welcoming. The whole interview was great; I could have easily kept talking way past the allotted time. It was a really positive experience that reflected well on the company. My view of the company just kept getting better throughout. The last call was back with the Hiring Director to go over the process results and discuss what's next. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience that really showcased the company in a great light.

It was a pretty chill and informal vibe. First, I signed an NDA at the front desk. Then, they showed me around the place and introduced me to some important people. After that, I was taken to a private room where they looked over my portfolio and resume with me. There was a small group interviewing me. They also made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had at the end.
