I had a group interview with the store manager. We were asked to popcorn answer questions. The manager was nice and listened well. Before diving into questions, we were asked to introduce ourselves.

The hiring process was great, very intentional and smooth. They got back to me quickly and were clear in their communication. The panel interview felt a bit daunting with multiple recruiters interviewing me, but they were super friendly and welcoming right from the start.

It was a long process. I had several interviews and a creative challenge, followed by yet another interview. The experience was okay, but they seemed to lack urgency. I waited for over 3 months, which felt like forever when you're job searching. I even turned down two other job offers while waiting for their decision. It all worked out, but a quicker decision would have been nice.

I did an interview over the internet because we are far apart. The questions they asked didn't really fit the job. One person interviewing me wasn't even paying attention and didn't look at me. They didn't give me an offer and said they hired someone else, but the job is still up. I had to wait over 2 weeks for them to get back to me after the interview, and it took even longer to get scheduled for the interview.
