The interview process involved four rounds with the HR, hiring manager, and skip-level manager. There was also an online assessment. It was a mix of online and onsite interactions. The whole thing was pretty simple.

It started with a phone screening, which was pretty standard. Then, there was an on-campus interview with three different employees. Finally, there was a super day, consisting of 5-6 30-minute interviews with about 10 employees. The whole process was really positive, and they did a good job of explaining why they're passionate about the firm. Most questions were about getting to know me, with only one or two technical questions. I didn't get any feedback on why I didn't receive an offer.

I had a phone screen with the recruiter and then an interview with the manager. The process felt pretty standard, and the questions weren't too tough. It was good talking to the manager, but not so much the recruiter. They ghosted me after the manager interview, which was a bummer.

The interview started with some screener questions and then moved to the main interview. It was short and pretty standard. They reviewed my resume and then asked about how I could contribute to the team. It wasn't difficult, and the vibe was really relaxed and laid back.
