The interview process was quite straightforward, involving three main stages. It started with a call from a recruiter at Magnit, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and concluded with a meeting with senior management. The entire process moved quickly, with each interview happening only a few days apart.

An internal recruiter hit me up after I applied on LinkedIn and asked some initial screening questions. Then I had a phone chat with the hiring manager pretty much right away, just a couple days later. The questions were standard, but the manager was super into the conversation, which was great. I got a call within an hour from HR to set up an in-person interview for the next week. I met with the same manager, a supervisor, and a senior manager. Again, pretty standard stuff, but nobody seemed distracted, which was cool. I didn't even get to send thank-you notes before HR called the next day offering me the job. Super fast!

I got a call back from my resume on LinkedIn within a few days. It was a phone call with the recruiter where we talked about the job, the company, and what I was looking for. Right after that, I had a second phone interview with my supervisor/lead. It was about 30-40 minutes and went really well. I answered questions about my past experience and some personality-based scenarios. Then, I was immediately set up for a third interview, which was onsite with the operations manager for this role, and two other people for different teams. This interview focused on communication questions and scenarios. We talked about my experience and I gave examples of my strengths and weaknesses. The very next day, I got the offer!
