Associate Software Engineer
There are 3 rounds in total. First, a technical round where they ask about your project and coding problems like XOR based programs for setting and clearing bits. Then, a written test with MCQs on C and Embedded systems. Finally, an HR round to discuss any gaps in your profile.
- Can you tell me about your B.tech project?
- What do you know about Embedded Systems?
- Do you have any questions about C programming?
Software Engineer
The interview process was good. Even though the company is worldwide, the Auburn Hills location is small. I initially thought the interview was short and expected a follow-up. The structure was quick and to the point, which was fine. After getting hired, I understood that the managers are very busy, which explained the short interview. After 7+ months here, I'm very happy. It feels like a family, with HR and managers knowing you personally. They have great team-building events, are growing fast, and contribute to the community through organizations like the Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity.
- To what extent do you know what you claim to know?
- How well do you fit with the team and company?
Senior Software Engineer
This was the most unprofessional, amateurish, unworthy, and unethical interview experience I've ever had. I first got a call from a consultancy, and then I had the interview. They told me the Technical and Head of Department interviews would be on the same day, followed by a client interview. This company is the most unprofessional I've ever seen. After two weeks, the client interview happened. Then, they took another two weeks for the HR interview. After all that, they said it would take 3-4 more weeks to generate an offer letter, and then they never sent it. So, basically, they wasted two months of my time in this extremely irritating, improper, and unprofessional interview process. So, I suggest please don't waste your time and don't even give their interview.
- Questions about basic programming and testing concepts.
