I got an email from HR with the interview call letter for Magneti Marelli Auto Components Pvt Ltd. I had to go to their location at the scheduled time. The place was quite deserted.

Graduate Engineer Trainee
We had a campus hiring process. First, there was a written test covering Basic Electronics, Aptitude, GK, C, C++, and English. Then, we moved to a Group Discussion where we talked about general topics like the education system, women empowerment, the job market, and the quality of education in India. After that, there were two Technical interviews. The first one focused on C programming skills, Embedded systems (ARM & AVR), and our projects. The second technical interview covered automotive basics, aptitude and puzzles, and the basic CAN protocol. Finally, there was an HR round.
- Were you asked practical questions related to the automotive industry?
- Can you tell me about your understanding of practical aspects within the automotive sector?
