I had a 30-minute phone interview with the Director of Recruiting. After that, I had conversations with the CHRO for 25 minutes and a member of the HR Ops team. The talks were pretty casual, mostly about my experience leading teams, which I felt good about. Even though I felt like I connected with everyone, I didn't hear back for three weeks after my last chat. I tried to get some feedback, but was eventually told they went with someone else. I liked meeting everyone and was surprised by the lack of feedback and being ghosted so late in the process. As someone in Talent Acquisition, I think companies should really focus on candidate experience. My overall feeling about it was neutral.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Have you managed junior recruiters before?
  • Is working in the office full-time (5 days a week) something you're okay with?
  • Can you describe a process you created?
