I was contacted by a recruiter who wanted to go over my work history and my career aspirations. The recruiter assured me that I was their top candidate and that they would set up interviews with VPs. However, after a few days of silence, the recruiter finally got back to me stating that the job description had been changed. It felt like a complete waste of my time.

I applied online after hearing about the company in a class. I had a phone interview with HR, then an interview with the manager. After that, I interviewed with the Scrum Coach, Project Lead, and Senior Director. The questions were mostly about my previous Scrum and Consulting experience.

I applied online and got an email from HR in a couple of days. She scheduled me for a technical interview, which was surprisingly short and lacked technical questions. The interviewer mentioned he was new to Salesforce and interviews usually don't last long. I inquired about explaining my projects, and he suggested a future technical round followed by a possible onsite whiteboard session. A week later, I received an email stating they wouldn't proceed, which was unexpected. I asked the HR for feedback and was told I wasn't technical enough, which surprised me given the interview's nature. I shared my feedback with HR about the process.
