I applied online and a few days later the CFO called and left a voicemail asking me to call him back. He wanted to ask me some questions about my resume and background. I called him back and he asked about my salary requirements. I told him a number and he said they wanted me to come in for an interview. It was a bit strange because his voicemail implied he had resume questions, but he only asked about salary. I scheduled the interview for early the next week. I went in and met with two people from the marketing team. One interviewer was really nice and we had a good conversation, and she mentioned she liked my passion and drive for marketing. The other interviewer just sat there and stared the whole time, only asking one question at the very end. I thanked them and the nice lady said she'd be in touch by the next week with their decision. I felt the interview went well, but I was concerned because their client was in a field I hadn't worked in before, and they might prefer someone with prior experience. I sent a thank you note because I appreciated her time, knowing she was really busy. I never heard back the following week about their decision, and a message I left with their secretary also went unanswered.

Behavioral Other

I got an email to set up the first in-person interview. They said it would be short and just to see if I fit in. It was with two people, but only one asked questions. It was super short, like 15 minutes. I felt like they already decided and didn't care what I said. They said I'd hear back in a week, but never did. Really unprofessional.

Behavioral Other

I got to the interview super early because I wanted to make a good impression. The office was in a cool downtown location. Four people from the company met me and took me to a room in the back. I was dressed nicely and polite, but I got the feeling they weren't into me from the start, though I hoped I was wrong. We sat at a big table and the four of them weren't very chatty or friendly, which made it really weird. Some of them didn't even look at me when I was answering, they just seemed super uninterested, like they judged me as soon as they saw me. It was pretty rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The whole thing lasted like 10 minutes. Given I've been interning for about a year, I know I didn't mess up. This was seriously the most awkward interview ever, and it felt like they didn't want to waste their time on me or even give me a shot. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied and they called me back the next day, which was fast. But the interview felt awkward and brief. It seemed like they weren't interested in anything I said, and they acted annoyed, like they wanted to rush me out. They said I'd hear back either way, but a month later, I never got even a basic email saying they picked someone else. Definitely not worth your time.
