The selection process was online, using a link sent by the recruitment team. The interview was well organized, with objective questions focused on behavioral profile and interest in the job. During the conversation, it was clear the company's effort to identify candidates aligned with Magalu's culture, always with a respectful and welcoming tone. After passing the interview, I was called for medical exams, which were done in person at the company. The whole process was clear, fast, and well-conducted, which gave me a lot of confidence and reinforced the positive image I already had of the company.
