It starts with applying online and a quick chat with HR about your background, why you want the job, and what you expect to get paid. Then, you'll likely have one or more technical interviews to see if you've got the practical skills and can figure things out. After that, there might be a chat with some of the team or managers to see if you're a good fit culture-wise. Some places might also give you a project to do at home, a coding test, or ask you to give a presentation. Once all the interviews are done, the hiring team gets together to talk about everyone, pick the best person, and offer them the job. If it doesn't work out, they might tell you what you could improve or keep you in mind for other openings.

First, there was a 12-minute online Cognitive and Personality test. The second and last step was a 2.5-hour interview. I had to retake the Cognitive test first. Then, there was a 1-hour interview with the recruiter and finally a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager. After 2 weeks with no feedback, I had to reach out to the Recruitment Manager to get an answer. Not great, especially when a candidate spends so much time on an interview.

I applied on their website and after a few days, I received an email with links for an IQ test and personality tests. After completing those, I got another email the next day to schedule a face-to-face interview. I flew to Denmark and took another logical test at their main office. Then, the interview itself lasted about an hour and was mainly focused on personality questions, like how I'd describe myself, how my boss would see me, and how my friends would describe me. They also asked about how I approached solving problems and specific situations. There was a strong emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving skills. The entire process felt very professional, with quick responses to my emails, and the interviewer was very clear about what information she needed from me.

It was pretty simple. I did the PLI Assessment Test again. Then HR reviewed the results with me and asked about my goals and what I like about working. They also talked about my personality and how I'd fit the company culture and role. After that, I met the hiring manager who commented on interesting parts of my CV. There weren't any hard or memorable questions.
