First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Madison-Davis.
Recruiter
It was a 2 stage interview process. First, a round robin with VPs and managers. Then, a final interview with the owner, which was conducted via Teams. I would suggest going in-person if given the chance. The office isn't for everyone.
- Could you describe your approach to finding candidates in the market?
- What would be your standard phone pitch?
Recruiter
I talked with several people at the company, and they were all really nice, except for the last person I met. The office itself was nice, with cubicles everywhere. They work from 8 am to 6 pm daily, which was a dealbreaker for me.
- Can you describe your understanding of the recruiting field?
Recruiter
The interview went well but by the end of it i got judge because my commute time would be too long (45min and i have a car) so he said i wouldn't perform well. I was very disappointed by how he judged my performance based on how far i lived just becuase he said they hadn't had a good experience with people with long commute time.
- Tell me how your experience relates to this role.
