So, I had this interview, right? It was in person with two local property managers, pretty standard stuff. Then there was this phone interview too, but that was with the main office people. The interview itself was pretty normal, no weird questions like "what animal are you?". It just took them ages to get through the whole screening thing!

First, there was an initial call, and then I went for a face-to-face interview at the site. I met with the manager and assistant. The interview went well, and I got offered the position. After the initial offer, I had to do a drug test, and I was ready to start within a week to a week and a half. All the training happened on-site.

I applied online, then HR called me and passed my info to the property manager. I had a face-to-face interview with the manager, followed by a phone interview with the Marketing Director and Regional Manager. After those, I got a drug screen and background check request. Got the offer a week later!

A process with many steps, including online questionnaires and phone interviews. Everyone seemed to ask the same questions, but they were all very nice. The in-person interview was less formal than the phone ones.
