Artist
The interview process was really weird, with odd and irrelevant questions that seemed to come from a generic online guide. There was a test which wasn't too difficult. The interviewer seemed unqualified for their own job.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next 15 years?
Receiving Clerk
I had trouble finding the building since it's new. I called the HR Generalist who set up my interview, explaining I was running late. She was helpful and transferred me to the interviewer, who gave me directions and reassured me that this happens often. After arriving, I waited for the interviewer and got to see the main office, which is beautifully set up. They welcomed me warmly. The interview involved a tour of the warehouse and a detailed explanation of the company and my role. I felt very comfortable the whole time.
- What previous receiving experience do you have?
Account Executive
The interview process involved standard questions where the hiring manager read from a script, which wasn't super helpful but the manager seemed positive. The interview went well, and they were looking for more people. I didn't hear back and was told they found someone whose profile was a closer match for the role. It's definitely more of an administrative job than one requiring deep thought.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
