Behavioral Presentation

The hiring manager was approachable, and the interview process was very direct, efficient, and easy to understand. It wasn't a stressful experience, and they offered a competitive salary. I was also really impressed by the company's portfolio, which was varied and current.

The interview process was super chill but still had a plan. If they like you from the initial list, they'll call you for a quick 10-15 minute phone chat. After that, you'll do an assessment. Once that's done, there's a second interview, and then a background check. Once they have the results, they'll give you a verbal offer, followed by a written one. The questions they ask are based on your assessment, so it's a chance to just be yourself and show what you can do. If you know the job and the vibe, it'll be easy to talk about. If not, it might be a bit tough. Good luck, you got this!

The interview process was pleasant, consisting of 3 interviews. However, I never received any follow-up communication after the interviews, which was disappointing, especially since the position remained open for some time afterward. An email would have been appreciated.

I applied and a few months later the ED called me in for an interview. We scheduled it and I heard back in less than a week. It was a pleasant and professional interview. It was easy to prepare for, and I had a good experience. They asked easy questions and I was able to talk about my experience, life, family, and friends. I also got to ask the ED questions at the end.
