It was a virtual group interview that included a presentation. After that, there was a second one on one virtual interview for those who passed the first stage. The host did a good job of making everyone feel comfortable during the group setting. They shared a lot of information about the company, so you understand what is expected of you in the role.

I got called in for the interview. People there are friendly, check in process was easy. Then I was asked to fill in my basic person information. I was also being asked to take an "exam" where consisted of some science questions. They are easy, actually more likely common sense if you have ever paid attention in school. Then someone talked with me and asked me a few more questions regarding my personality, my hobbies, and why I want to work there. After that, I was asked to go through one of their teaching material box, and read through the teaching manual. They asked me to give them a demo class after I went through everything. So they came back after awhile, 3 of them sit there pretending they are the kids and I was just doing demo. They did things to distract me like yelling like kids or running around in the room. After this very long interview in the office, I was then asked to go shadow a girl to one of the classes to see if I actually like what they do. I left the school after like 30 minutes and I was told to wait for their call.

We had a group zoom interview, and they gave us the details before we started the individual interviews. This was so everyone could better understand the job expectations. The interviewer was very direct and prepared.
