First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MAD Greens.
Salad Artist
The interview process was good! The interview was friendly and professional and went smoothly, we met at the store and talked for a short while before being offered a position.
- What is your expected pay?
Social Media Marketer
The interview was really thorough, and felt like a casual chat. The marketing manager and videographer were nice and paid attention to what I said. They weren't just going through a list or trying to find flaws. When they let me know they went with someone else who was a better fit, they gave me compliments and useful feedback. They didn't leave me hanging! A lot of companies struggle with this, but Mad Greens didn't. It was a great interview experience and makes me think well of their brand.
- Can you share an instance where you put a marketing strategy into action?
Assistant Manager
The process required several steps. I had to have an hour long phone interview followed by 2 subsequent interviews with upper management that lasted at least an hour each. This seemed like an excessive amount of interviews for an Assistant Manager position. I can understand being thorough with the interview process, however, the promises and future that they painted did not match reality.
- How would you handle issues with P&L?
Salad Artist
The hiring manager reached out via email to schedule an interview for the next few days. We set a date and time. The interview involved talking about my previous experience in food service and with customers. There was just one direct question, and the rest of the time we chatted about what Mad Greens is all about. I was offered the job right then and told I'd get details about my training. I didn't hear back, so I called a week later, and they told me when to come in for training.
- What makes you want to be a part of Mad Greens?
- Tell me about your previous work in food.
- What's your experience like with customers?
