First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MacStadium.
Marketing Manager
It was a one-way street. The recruiter really dug into my background, but I barely got any info about the company, what they're looking for in this role, or even how the hiring process works. Felt like a waste of time for both of us, honestly.
- Regarding salary expectations, what figures did you have in mind?
IT Administrator
The interview process was pretty thorough with multiple interviews, and each had its own questions. You really had to show your skills during the interview with the team lead.
- Can you tell me about a significant problem you faced in a previous job and how you fixed it?
Site Reliability Engineer
The recruiter was great and clearly explained the job and how my experience fit. I enjoyed learning about the company and the team. Everyone was professional and made the process easy. I felt informed and respected the whole time.
- Could you describe a typical day in your current job?
Data Center Technician
First I had a call with a recruiter. Then there were two more rounds of interviews. The first was with the Sr. Operations Manager and Jr Operations Manager, and the second one was with the COO and CPO. It wasn't very technical. They seemed to be looking for someone ambitious and passionate about technology, who is ready to learn and get started.
- Do you have any experience with MacOS?
- Can you tell me more about your experience?
- Do you have experience with Virtualization?
