The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had two phone calls with the recruiting agency first, and then I went in for two back-to-back panel interviews at the actual site. They didn't ask any technical questions, it was all about my past experience.

Behavioral Technical

This was a very in-depth interview process. It started first with a phone-screen with an HR employee, followed by a 45 minute technical phone interview. Next was an on-site half day round of interviews with several employees. Everyone was very nice, polite, and seemed like pleasant people to work with. The only turn off was HR. I was required to fill out an application prior to the on-site interview that asked detailed questions about previous compensation (i.e. starting compensation, ending compensation, bonuses, stocks, other benefits). I declined to provide any compensation information. During the interview with HR, I felt very pressured to give up my current salary information.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite long, requiring me to take time off work. In the end, I was told I didn't have the specific drug development experience they needed, even though my resume clearly shows my academic background in Biotech drug development for my MS. It felt like a waste of time since they could have assessed my experience from my resume if they'd actually reviewed it.
